Our Facilitators

Our facilitators are experts in their own rights and fields of expertise! They hail from all over the world and here, at ANYCEC, we only look for the most effective, experienced and certified people to train our community and our children!

Carmen M Colon, has spent the last 25 years in education advocacy in the roles of PTA President, SLT Co-Chair, President's Council Co-President, CPAC Strategic Legislative Committee member, member of Take Back our Schools and Time Out From Testing, co-founder of iCOPE, the independent Commission on Public Education, Brooklyn Borough Appointee to CDEC 13, President of Community District Education Council 13, Co-founder, administrator and facilitator for the Association of New York City Education Councils and now Executive Director of ANYCEC, the independent advocacy training not-for-profit academy.

Karen Demmery, is currently focussed with a strategically developed program to ensure tuition and mentorship is professional and flexible in order to suit candidates from all walks of life.

  • She has over a decade long community experience and success with both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal women as facilitator, support officer, trainer, mentor and community manager.
  • She has and is currently working with a variety of organizations including: Indigenous Success Australia; Murrumbidgee Catchment Management Authority; Department of Youth, Family and Community Services; Gundabooka Consultancy Pty Ltd, ACT Office for Women, Outback Initiatives, Indigenous Coordination Centres, Queanbeyan City Council.

Hotep, Entrepreneurs know Hotep as CEO of Skinnymen Productions and Founder and President of HustleUniversity.Org our nation's first-ever virtual college for progressive, independent-minded entrepreneurs.

Hotep has been recognized by Congress and has won numerous awards for his revolutionary work. Additionally, he has been featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, The Washington Post, The Atlanta Voice, XXL, Grip Magazine, The Progress Report, The Champion, RollingOut Magazine, GoodNews Magazine, PBS, Comcast Cable and many other print, TV and Radio stations.

Jezra Kaye, founded Communicate with Power and Ease to bring her passion for speaker coaching to clients in business, not-for-profits and the arts. Before setting out on her own, Jezra worked for 16 years as a writer/creative director and speaker coach working with executives and managers of Fortune 500 companies.

Clesont Mitchell, President, Parent Partnership Network, New York City and Parent Coordinator for Harlem Village Leadership Academy. Clesont was an officer of the United Parents Association.

Chad Marlow, the President and Founder of The Public Advocacy Group LLC, has utilized his extensive experience in the fields of government, law, public policy and public/media relations to become one of New York’s most highly regarded public sector advocates. In 2007, City Hall News named Mr. Marlow to its Rising Stars: 40 Under 40 list, which recognized the next generation of political leaders in New York."

Antonio Mondesire, of Puerto Rican and Eastern Caribbean descent, has a Masters of Science in Urban Planning and a variety of interdisciplinary professional experiences. He is dedicated to lecturing and training in Cultural Diversity, Global Studies and Multicultural History with a specialty in the latino and Afro-Caribbean experience in the United States. He is nephew to Eveline Antonetty, NYC's first parent union founder and creator, United Bronx Parents, Inc. in 1966.

Paul Mondesire, has worked as the Development officer at The Twenty-First Century Foundation, Development Consultant at Thirteen/WNET, Project Director/Internet Marketing Strategist at Bronx Council on the Arts. He was a member and former President of Community District Council 3 during the first historical term of transition. He joined ANYCEC in January of 2005. He also is a nephew to Eveline Antonetty.

Ellen Raider, is a recognized authority in the field of conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation training. Her work has been cited in numerous publications, and she has been a leading advocate for increasing awareness of the impact of culture on the conflict resolution process. Since 1978, she has taught international negotiation skills to thousands of corporate executives and diplomats in the United States and abroad. Her clients have included the United Nations, the European Economic Community, IBM, AT&T, General Electric, and Schering International.

She has designed cross-cultural conflict resolution training programs for the worldwide staff of UNICEF, the Committee for National Security, a Washington-based arms control group, the American Friends' Service Committee, and the US/USSR Trade Negotiation Project, jointly sponsored by the U.S. National Science Foundation and the Soviet Academy of Foreign Trade.
